Product warranty terms and conditions
The warranty begins on the date of registration on the website and lasts for 24 months.
You have two months from the time of carpet delivery and removal from the warehouse to register the warranty on the website. If the warranty is registered after two months, the delay will automatically be deducted from the warranty period.
The carpet warranty conditions include important points for the proper care and maintenance of the carpet. Failure to comply with any of the following conditions will void your carpet warranty:
1. Avoid placing the carpet in damp areas, as moisture can cause the carpet to rot over time.
2. Avoid placing the carpet under direct sunlight, near heat sources, or flammable materials.
3. Choose a carpet size appropriate for your space to prevent it from folding.
4. When moving or storing the carpet, roll it up and store it horizontally in a suitable location.
5. Immediately clean any stains that occur on the carpet.
6. Do not place hot items (such as an iron) on the carpet.
7. Regularly change the position of heavy furniture like sofas, tables, and cabinets to prevent localized compression on the carpet.
8. Never use strong cleaning agents like bleach to remove stains.
9. For carpet cleaning, use only licensed and reputable carpet cleaning services.
10. Burn marks and tears will void the warranty.
11. The absence of a barcode or a mismatch between the code and the product will void the warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
1. Carpet deterioration or fading that results in a color change after standard washing.
2. Warping or distortion of the carpet that causes it to lose its shape.
3. Burn marks that result in the carpet feeling rough or stiff to the touch.
4. Shortening of the carpet after standard washing that causes it to lose its shape.
5. Damaged fringes or zigzag stitching on the carpet.
6. Color inconsistencies that diminish the appearance and appeal of the carpet.
